All massages are individualized to your needs and interests. We are here to learn how we can best assist your comfort. The massages are performed on sheets so soft you will sigh, and the massage oils are hand made with farm fresh ingredients from Hilo, Hawaii.
Please feel free to describe your health and body with your therapist in order to assure a perfect session.
Rhythm into Space. The expansion of space within your body as pressure points are
softly held until they release pent up tension. Pressure points are alternated with broad,
invigorating strokes of the forearms. This uses shiatsu with therapeutic Lomi-Lomi. Deeply
Calm, no stretching, no rocking.
Ahhhh….: Effleurage that is flowing and soothing. It glides gently inside the first layer of
your muscles and does not move or stretch of your limbs. A soft Swedish massage.
No pressure points! No pain and all pampering.
Now That’s What I was Looking For: The big crowd pleaser, highly concentrated, repetitive attention
on the entire back, shoulders and neck, (or wrists, or area of your concern) with just a little time left over
to balance the rest of the body.
Salt and Pepper: Flow, pause, deep press, gradually release, softly pull, twist, compress,
deep press the length of a muscle fiber, repeat. It uses oil massage with passive ROM –range
of motion. Passive ROM stimulates the body’s production of synovial fluid inside your joints.
Overall, this balanced massage is energy aware, firm yet easy, with stretching and rhythmical
compression. Gradual arm, leg and spine extensions provide mild myofascial stimulation inside a
soothing blend of mostly continuous, warm, and relaxing effleurage.
Shiatsu: Tension Hunting Pain Relief: Sensitive yet vigorous muscle involvement without oil.
Shiatsu, in Japanese, means ‘finger pressure.’ It uses a system of continuous direct pressure on
muscle origins, insertions, and pressure points. The pressure is applied on top of a towel, so that
the skin is not directly touched.

Water to Land:
First, the Ocean Massage combines the elements of water, salt, wind, and weightlessness.
The treatment involves gentle, non-strenuous, and flowing therapeutic stretch positions while supported by the buoyancy of the water. Experienced therapists facilitate the movements and in stable floating positions apply shiatsu pressure for an incomparable healing massage.
Transcendent weightlessness, effortless grace, and undisturbed perfect relaxation are achieved.
You will feel like you have completely arrived in Hawaii.
However, we don’t want anybody to miss out on the pleasure of talented massage, so our best suggestion is a combination aptly called ‘Water to Land.’ This is a truly one-of-a-kind experience that brings massage up to a new level. ‘Water to Land’ entails bridging weightless freedom with soothing groundedness. The time is up to you: 10 to 30 minutes Ocean Massage followed by a blood pressure settling down Herbal Tea break, and then a 10 to 90 minute Spa Pure signature massage. This soothing oil massage allows firm pressure to easily restore muscles to a sense of pure comfort.
Choose from a selection of six oils, choose your music, or bring your own, and even control the room air temperature.
The ten minute tea break is not a part of the treatment minutes. It is an enjoyable time to process and express the amazing feelings everybody has after an Ocean Massage. The minutes chosen for the service are the actual time of therapy.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early, add ten minutes for the break, and allow shower time afterwards as you plan your day.
Ganban Yoku: The Clean Sweat; a stand-alone treatment and a perfect Massage Prep:
We have two Japanese Ganban Yoku (stone bath, in Japanese) tables. These are warm
Indian Granite tables which emanate far infra red light for a deep cleansing sweat while an herbal steam dome baths your pores in essence of healing herbs. This warmth produces a shocking sweat; low heat, deep sweat, and, you won't want to shower. You will feel shiny, smooth, and sweet smelling due to the nature of the far infra red light. It is great for joint stiffness, stimulating skin collagen, and preparing your muscles for an easy deep tissue massage.
All stones emit far infra red light when warmed up. However, certain types of granite emit more. Government regulated laboratory testing in Japan has determined that this granite from India emits the most far infra red light of any granite so far tested.
